Why is it going to a different address than the crowdsale address? 
internal transactions move it to the address that escrows/dev have access to. contract address is just a gateway.
in slack, they said 20k presale was bitcoin suisse presale contribution..
"20k ETH in the contract are the bitcoin suisse presale"
