Oh my god. This is the very worst kind of customer support i experienced so far among exchanges. They put the money on hold, made me wait..., wait...., wait...., and again wait....
In 2 weeks, received only 3 general replies only with just excuses, explanations, and no solution. Holding my deposit of 4000 for 2 weeks is really unacceptable. They just replied now that refund process will take 5 days to complete. There were already 2 'five days' gone in the past 2 weeks. How can they treat their own customers with such unfair trade practices.
