That might be going to happen as we have crossed the long time speculated $3000. Now users will start focusing on the next price which is $5000 and in between the sustainability or the resistance gain is expected to take place around $4000. And this time we can expect things to happen by the year end, October seems very short.
October might be very short span of time but I think there is possibility that bitcoin price will go that far. The speculation with bitcoin price before was to hit $2000 before the 2017 ends and it did hit the price almost 6 months before the year ends so its not really impossible for that to happen.
