Mining ETH on your pool. Payment was claimed to be sent on tx 0xdbcef0df0da5b56d00890288da0410337c384163a9ee4da0140a05c8e2891d24. This tx does not exist in the Ethereum block explorer and I have not been paid. Please rectify this situation and pay me the ETH I earned.
Same issue as this miner. You need to pay people what they earn mining on your pool. I am sure it is a glitch on your part but you need to repond and take care of this issue. If we are not paid we will stop mining on your pools.

Transaction is confirmed but no eth in my wallet and even the transaction does not exist. Please, fix it.

Ethereum network is overloaded due to BancorCrowdsale currently. Increased ETH withdrawal fee temporarily to pay x10 higher txfee now.
If you are not urgent, please withdraw later with lower txfee. As ethereum backlog is huge, withdrawal transaction would not be confirmed in time even you pay high txfee currently.
Disabled auto payout and auto exchange temporarily. Request manual payout if you want to withdraw.
