how to use cpu or gpu mining? its greyed out in the wallet

I clicked on the link (https://pool.minertopia.org/explorer/ESP) but how do I put that in the Espers wallet so it mines? I didn't see any instructions?

for ESPERS use: cpuminer (or miner that you have) -a hmq1725 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.minertopia.org:3747 -u -p c=ESP
