You can find those but keep in mind that it is more risky to invest in less popular coins. Risk makes it profitable right? Of course but again it's harder to pick one from the lets say sea of coins out there. It is possible to sell high and buy low on some alts that are lets say "stable" and you just ride the price wave but if you want to do this then I'd say don't put all your money in one basket but rather divide your investments and hope for bigger returns.
