Just signed up and spent a bit of time. First impressions: smart and slick, doesn't load slowly at all (well done!). Quick comments:

1. After verifying email, there is an error msg displayed.
2. For rollover of bonus, ToC doesn't describe min odds. It only says you can't bet both sides of the game. Can I do parlay bets to complete rollover?
3. FAQ says there are withdrawal fees, but there isn't any amount mentioned. Could you clarify?
