I have delete the peers.dat and the debug.log files. But the wallet still have 0 active connection(s)

humm, that should have done it.
shut down the wallet and add this to the litebar.conf file:

then start the wallet.
If that doesn't work, you can start fresh:
shut down the wallet
remove every thing except the wallet.dat file - I suggest making a copy of the wallet.dat file and putting the copy somewhere else for safe keeping.
then start the wallet again.
I'm curious of what block number you are stuck on.
