So, you bought millions XRP, and than asked yourself a question on 55B possible dump, or firstly you asked and than bought?
To sell 55B you need to have one thing, called demand.
To have a demand, you need to have a working use case.
To sell 55B lets say for 0.25c you need to have an established use case that justifies the price and amount of buy in.
Even if all of the above is true, someone who buys has intention to have a profit (that is revenue - expenses).
So, we have use-case, but we have no wide integration to speak about buy all.
Even to think, a lot of parties involved in XRP that invest money in it, to sell it for 13B - 15B at this stage? That has potentials of bringing revenue on much bigger scale? Not now.
Now, back to reality, the answer is: No
To be even more realistic, imagine single small investor, that invested 100,000 USD to XRP back than for ~0.0006 @ 0.000005 satoshi. Now this investor own 166 mln XRP, that is at 0.00009 of satoshi equals 15,000BTC. This signle wale can manipulate whole Poloniex by setting walls and etc. So yes, good luck on blaming RIpple
