you are recently applied today. And today is the counting of post of manager as per his update so don't expect that he will approve as all now because he is busy on counting post. There is no need to rush, It's only a first week and we have 3 more weeks to come.

You're wrong. Counting day is Thursday, not Tuesday.

According to the rules, Tuesday is the termination date for counting the post. Is that just a mistake? Kindly check it.
