Why dont you try one of the prebuilt linux distros so you can avoid all the headaches that come with windows?

EthOS can be configured to do ZEC and simplemining supports multiple algorithms right out of the box.

Also as far as that graph goes. The blue line is closer to real time updates on hashing speed. When you see something that says it does 1.5kh thats just its average, it will spike up over 2kh and drop down to 1kh at times, mining is not a smooth stable number. the orange line is just the smoothed out average over time.

It will always look jagged like that unless you have a ton of miners running then the curves will look smaller as the variance is lowered.
