There wil be nvidia+amd-gpu pro single image but i wont be integrating old fglrx into it

I think you've misunderstood him. He isn't saying you can mine with Nvidia and AMD gpus on the same rig. He's saying smOS will come equipped with both drivers and will work with either GPUs without needing to install a different OS version.
You can't mix Nvidia and AMD GPUs on the same rig, but I don't see anywhere where he explicitly said you could.
