Pandaminer GPU's now crash when I go to mine. all cards recognized at least one will crash, always gpu4 then claymore goes to reboot and freezes

swapped panda shitbox psu for my other panda shitbox psu and now all cards are working, still way under where I'm supposed to be but .. you were absolutely right
Invest in some server PSUs with breakouts. Deepinthemines has some on his shop and ebay.
I've got HP PSUs that have been running at 90% for 3 years now. I upgrade the miners and keep using them.
As far as the driver issues you are having, you might see if the OS has a rollback feature enabled. Disconnect it from the internet so it doesn't update when it boots. You can take it back to a time when the drivers were working.
Also, whenever installing drivers: uninstall, restart, install, restart.
