Bitcoin halving is just the process in which the block reward the miners receive when they solve a block gets cut in half, there is not a problem when the halving hits but since the miners depend on the block rewards to make money, then an increase in fees is most likely to follow and it is a good strategy to buy bitcoin before the halving since months after it the price tends to go up.
