One thing that might keep out more investors is the lack of a proper website? Would recommend an up-to-date standalone ECC website that showcases the key features of ECC.
This and proper logo on coinmarketcap will easily unlock the current situation for good.
More trust, more money, more people. Anyway ECC's reputation is not bad at all already, things take a little time after all.
