I received email that my  Incent bonus tokens were sent!

I wrote there bittrex wallet, but there is none tookens on my wallet on bittrex.

Can somebody help me please, i wrote email to support@gamecredits.com and no replay from support.

I have Waves txHash where can i look for my transaction?
