Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I have a feeling that Qrator is basically a new kind of a mass pyramid system.
User "a" AMPs content (let's say a Youtube video), and shares his link with others. Those other people can now watch the video and decide if they also want to AMP it. If they do, part of their "investment" goes to the creator of the content, and another part of it goes to the previous AMPer who directed them to that content. This is how the pyramid starts, and the rest is just more iterations of the same process.
Can someone (dis)approve this notion I have about Qrator? The available information online is not so clear regarding the basic mechanisms behind this project.
pyramid system sounds not good impression... anyway, @TrippinOnCheese you better to be in Qrator waiting list, welcome to our club!
Impression aside, is this general description correct?
If so, does Qrators also get a part of the investments done by people who were not referred by them? E.g. if I AMP content, and then you come and AMP it as well, do I get some AMPs from your investment?
Also, what would stop me from copying a content made by someone else and have people AMP it instead of the original piece?
