They must have thousands of Open tickets, just look at all the complaints on the forums. Polo has gone completely silent now while the tickets pile up and the frustration mounts this looks really bad.


I've had a ticket open since May and they've done nothing, said nothing. my deposit and many others are missing. withdrawals are not processing either, how much money are we talking about here if we combine all of the Open tickets.
