He oscillates between Monero uber-bull to (basically a) pathetic troll depending on the position of his books. He has been doing this since 2014.

He'll be bullish when Monero is $1, bearish when it is $2, bullish when it is $5, bearish when it is $10, bullish when it $25, bearish when it is $50...

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what the price of Monero is. If he isn't holding & is looking to re-enter at a low price, he will be doom and gloom. If he is bag holding a bunch, then Monero is the best thing since Bitcoin and will take over the world.

I've lost count the amount of times he has flip-flopped between extreme pessimism to euphoric optimism at seemly a flip of a switch. It's kinda of comically really. But it is also kinda disgusting.

He thinks he can try to influence you to play into his books. He has no integrity and his words are worthless as he will say anything to enrich himself. Just ignore him.
