I found this on someone else reply to having bad hashrate with nvidia cards.
check this settings:
NVIDIA Control Panel -> Manage 3D Settings -> Optimize for compute performance -> On
Thanks, unfortunately this setting is for 9x series cards only. Its already enabled on 10x series and isnt even an option in the driver settings.
