We've already fixed the issue with the sonm.io website unavailability because of the overload.
At the moment our team is working on the issue with BTC and altcoins deposits. Due to the Ethereum network lags, BTC and altcoins transactions data are still being processed by the network and ICO smart contract.
We are working hard on it, and will solve this issue as soon as possible.
