Hope there's gonna be a lite/electrum wallet someday, the qt wallet is a little unstable and it's taking ages to sync 
Reuben (developer) was kind enough to show me you can download an image of the Blockchain (updated every 6 hours) from znode.io. After extracting it to the zcoin folder it took about an hour to index and sync I think. No time at all.
Doesn't work for me, synching lasts forever without progress. Probably my fault (port, firewall issues?)
