I am using 1080's not 1080Ti's, as I didn't want to spend too much up front right now. I have 1 more card slot to fill or replace the 970.
I wanna be frank, as far as mining is concerned, there is a world of difference between the 1080 and 1080 TI...the latter being much better suited for mining crypto coins for a profit (at this point in time). If you bought ur 1080 for gaming, and wanna use it to mine on the side, perfect..otherwise, it's the wrong card in terms of efficiency (at this time) for mining.
as always, please feel free to correct me as i'm almost sure there are other coins that i'm oblivious to.
Over here in the UK at least, you pay over 40% more for a 1080Ti compared to a "regular" 1080. There's no way the Ti hashes more than 25-30% faster than a 1080 (and even that's stretching it). So even if the Ti's faster and possibly a tad more efficient, the price difference just kills it. For me at least.
it hashes an easy 20% faster on LBC and even better on other algos (+50% on skein) i get 520mh/s on LBC with my 1080ti where a 1080 maxes at what 400?
in resale it will be way better as well

Check whattomine. I get over $14/day sometimes with my 1080...The average for an overclocked 1080ti has to be at least $14
Please share how and what software you are using.
I'm using Nicehash miner and overclocked the card to +190 mhz and power is at 100% and I didn't bump it up. I'm being shown $8.40 per day.
Please share software and instructs for us noobs.
NIcehash is like #6-10 on daily profitability, as always i been on HUSH for 7 days or so and the profits been 20$ USD a day for JUST my ti (750 sol/s)
it ALWAYS pays more to "do it yourself" then sell to nicehash, remember they take 2-6% as well for fees off the top and they pay PPS :/
But how are you paid? - I pasted that above bin file from Alexis miner, i don't know if I'll get paid or not. Nicehash just shows everything to me.
Can you recommend something for 1080ti ? I do prefer auto switching.
