this cant happen, only if you send btc maybe deposit was lag and you did not get the bonus , send email and when they have the time they will solve it no need for panic !! i am the first that i criticize projects even if i have invest!! sure ico was not perfect but was ok ....lets focus on the development now
Dolores, I sent messages to them, they asked me to send an email to thir support. I sent the email, no response, then I asked them if they would do something, they replied that I should send an email to ANOTHER address, now "bonus".
I sent several and all returned because the box was full! Joke? I'm not panicking, just writing it here so people can read and educate themselves about what is going on, their support didn't give a rat's ass to the problem, seems like.
