probably, but still it seems possible that the chinese can remake or improve the ASIC modules produced by Avalon. There is no doubt that there are other companies able to join the market for bitcoin mining hardware besides Avalon and BFL (at least in the future). I hope this will be soon, because I missed out on the Avalon batches

As soon as production starts we expect to be able to deliver our first client within two to three weeks. Hence, shipping dates depend on when our target is reached.

They seem to be developing along in a "normal" timeline however without more evidence and community involvement it would be difficult to raise the first 100 orders in order to get this project first batch development in motion.
Will they be using Avalon chips?
