Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option

Hi guys i want to know why i have this problem...
i'm trying to use this miner ccminer alexis-1.0 but after launch get this error

Didn't anyone have the same problem with this software?
I am using the Asus 1080Ti

What's the config of your .bat file that you're using? For mine I use something like this -

:START
ccminerAlexis78.exe -a skein -o stratum+tcp://yiimp.ccminer.org:4933 -u u -p c=DGB,skien,stats
goto start

and that's it, however I don't mine skein right now so... I'm currently just mining multiple coins, VertCoin, ZClassic, ZCash, and a few others.

If i may ask what's your GPU ? What's the hash rate of the coins you mentioned ?

My GPU is the EVGA FTW3 GTX 1080 Ti, It's a beast of a GPU for Cooling, and that's pretty much it, Maxes out around 2050 on the core clock(Although I'd never recommend mining at that unless you don't care for total TDP usage)

For VertCoin Hashrate - 74Mh/s

ZClassic - 740 Sol/s

ZCash - 735 Sol/s

ZenCash(I'll leave that to your imagination Wink

Overall the Max TPD I've found with this card is 280watts, and yes that's a bit high, however you can always set it to 45% TDP and get about 124watts out of it(I'm looking into getting the Asus Turbo 1080 ti, I hear the lowest TDP it'll get is around 94Watts severely underclocked, and undervolted!(Still better than a GTX 1080 lol)
