First the EON Blockchain isn't live yet. First step would be to launch blockchain then comes distribution of EON to ICO investors then bounty distribution. after all EON distributed then it will be listed in Exchange. According to their Time line " Launch of the chatwallet app (decentralized secure messenger and multi currency wallet) (Q1/Q2 2017)" . So hope we will get EON in June and exchange listed in early July.
