Will the mobile go on two blockchain ethereum and waves be on the market as two coins? When will bittrex trading start? I'm concerned about problems with the blockchain split 
In less than a week trading will get started on bittrex at the liqui is supporting only Ethereum based token and bittrex will do so. I don't think it's big issue because both blockchains have different addresses so no confusion to send on right blockchain.
