Declaration of War
In retaliation to his efforts and threats to undermine CryptoKingdom, Zechariah must submit to the unconditional surrender of all his troops and possesions or meet the Kingdom's Forces on the field of Battle.
All nobles are urged to assemble forces, move them into position around Zech's Estate and prepare to attack on command--payment for armed services will be compensated from Zechariah's holdings once surrender or victory are achieved.
As per rules: M, Deposhares and land will not be touched as part as the spoils of war--though any stone recovered from Zechariah's land will be used to help build a highway system to improve commerce.
We prefer that Zechariah act in accordance with his own wishes and leave The Kingdom under the peaceful flag of surerender, but will use all available force to secure a long overdue emancipation.
His crimes against the community in the form scams, bludgeoning citizens over the head with demands of serville feality, and overall obnoxiousness in the form of unceasing posts of taunting to pure giberish, have stalled us at the proverbial fork in the road. And as a wise man once said, "When you come to a fork in the road--take it!"
Non-response (or intentional ambiguity) by Zechariah will be deemed as abandonment and treated as a surrender in effect.

Time's UpSince the only force to show themselves on the Battle Field is Vigens (BV 4: H4+, 2 PIS on person--we were told he wanted to bring a Cann, but was frustrated by the inability of one horse to pull a Cannon), it is believed that Zech and his forces are pent up within the building hoping to ambush us, or that Zech has abandoned his men and they are held up inside without any orders.
Orders:
--Moneromooo and Tombot's force are ordered to cover the East side of the building with orders to shoot anyone leaving.
--Dragon is ordered to cover North side of the building with orders to incinerate anyone leaving the building.
--1st and 2nd Royal Regiments are ordered to remain at south of building, move Cannon units into range and open fire if anyone attempts to leave the building or Vigens moves.
--Royal Calvary is ordered to the West side of the building with orders for 2 PTE to enter building and make contact with enemy. If these men do not come out by 11am UTC with unconditional surrender, the building and all those inside will be obliterated--gold and jewels can be recovered from the wreckage.
--Vigens is asked to lay down his weapons and leave the Battle Field with his life.
