I refer you again to the bounty rules here on bitcointalk. I have bolded key points for emphasis, but the text has remain unchanged since we published them on May 8: "Up to 750,000 PTOY tokens have been assigned to the signature campaign - adjusted in proportion to the total raised in the crowdsale."
That means the 750,000 PTOY tokens was the maximum amount we would distribute for the signature campaign if we reached the maximum amount of USD in the crowdsale.
Since the crowdsale sold out in only three days, it did not raise as much USD as anticipated. That's why we had to adjust the signature bounty and the stakes.
It's a very simple explanation. There's been no theft and we are not scammers. It's actually been the complete opposite. We've communicated very clearly from the onset what the rules are, and we have been incredibly responsive throughout the campaign even to people who called us vile names and accused us of all manner of things.

С вами никто не составил договор и по сути никто не должен вам вообще ничего выплачивать! Несколько раз меня действительно кидали на подписной и не заплатили нихуя (последний раз Lithium). Но блеать я не ныл как вы. Тут же со стороны Patientory были выполнены все условия и выплачено все правильно, читайте заквоченый пост. А если вам не хватает идите найдите себе нормальную работу и там можете выставлять предьявы что вам не доплатили! Хотя там 100% ни у кого смелости не хватит, лишь тут все такие борзые и готовы отстаивать свои права при том что сами не правы. Заебали нытики, тошно от вас уже
