I sent an email to
bonus@sonm.io two days ago, but nobody ever took the time to answer.
I sent some BTC when the ICO was about halfway, but got NO bonus and a very bad ETH/BTC exchange rate.
This lack of feedback is quite unprofessional.
They have tons of emails. Just be patient
At what point in time do I see the transaction history complete?
Sent a transfer 2 days ago with ETH & I haven't seen it show yet. Getting a little worried. Sent from a wallet not an exchange site.
