Not really, when I purchased PTOY (at the end of the ICO) the price for 1 ether was 0,8/0,9 BTC. 1 Ether would get you 2030 tokens and those 2030 token would sell for 0,18 btc atm which in turn can buy you 1,3 ether at current prices.
Everything gets a little bit mixed up due to the appreciation of ether but it's definitely trading at a premium. It all depends what your starting currency was though. If you started with ether you may feel that you've gained less because ether basically when x2 during the ICO/distribution.
