Well, I heard a lot of people calling it a shitcoin. I wouldnt go that far, as I invested myself, but just some thought or possibilities:

The company is holding a major share, which is nothing but normal in economy, but can produce a major bubble if set free and will lead to investors getting fucked while the company is making cash. Not saying this will happen, but its possible anytime.

The Japanese market behavior regarding Ripple and NEM can have major pos or neg effects.

And I think it was the first coin fined by FiNCEN.
