I'm very appreciate that you registred on Bitcointalk to write in this thread, but I think you don't get the idea . This market will live anyway as we going to change skins turnover to SkinCoin. If you are in business, you have to understand that no one site will close with such loyal and huge audience, they will found new way - and this way SkinCoin.
If you asking about technical details, you can check our current projects in this area. We have great back-end and UI/UX design for all of them, cause we know how to develop it and be friendly for ended-users.

p.s. Honestly, it seems to me that you are one of those who understand the real potential of this idea, but regrets that this market will not be changed by him (due to lack of resources, skills, team, development).
