We are very pleased to introduce you to your very own DigiByte personal AI assistant named Emma. She is currently available on Telegram @DigiByte_Emma_bot and on DigiByte.co
You can PM her now and find answers to many common DigiByte questions.
Our goal is to transfer as much DigiByte information as possible to Emma so we can provide the community with 24/7 support and answers to everyone's questions in the most direct real-time way possible.
Over the past few weeks, we have been absolutely slammed with messages. From outpourings of support to technical questions and even to the prospect of awesome partnerships with new DigiByte users. It was starting to consume 100% of our time and we want to make sure we respond to everyone no matter what their issues or questions are as quickly as possible, yet we are still able to continue innovating and making DGB the best it can possibly be.
Emma is designed to help lighten the communication burden for everyone. This is the very first version of Emma. Over time her DGB Knowledge, AI and usefulness will grow. She will get smarter as she learns from interactions and her capability to be of assistance to you will continue to grow as well.
She will work across multiple platforms such as Telegram, DigiByte.co, Twitter, email and more. We also will be exploring the idea of integrating her with products such as DigiExplorer as well as others.
Stay tuned for more DGB news and we would love feedback on Emma!
Nice idea! However, I ran into a usability problem on my first try. I tried asking it what is digibyte and it completely disregarded my question and started by introducing itself. This is a bit weird, am I supposed to say hi to a bot when I first start interacting with it? Nevertheless, I think it will offer quick answers to many who need quick answers to FAQ.
