It is all bad luck for me because I seldom win. I am addicted not because I win but because I have been playing alot and that makes me addicted however I play for other reason now, I play for fun and Im happy. It might not be my way of getting rich from it but atleast it is a way for me to be happy when I play with it
If you are not winning any money through gambling then playing for fun is a good way to distract things hoping that you could become lucky one day 
it is all fun if you are not loosing big money but once you start loosing bit then the fun part goes away.One of the reason he should play like this if you are focus on fun more you could win more. NO matter if you lose or not if you play just to win then in most cases you will lose everything, but fun gambling is better you have 5 dollars for example and play if you win great if you you lose great again. You will not have so much adrenaline rush for this cuz it will be I play just to play.
Sooner or later things in gambling always make you lured to gamble again and again.
