I did not understand. 1 lumen is 1 STR? Where will lumens go? To what address?
I believe Stellar (STR) used to be the coin, but they changed the name to Lumens (XLM), and now "Stellar" is just the network. Some exchanges like Polo are still using the name Stellar or STR though. So in that respect you are correct that 1 Lumen = 1 STR.
