I think you should contact localbitcoins because if your transaction not confirm it will be rejected by network and receive back to localbitcoin address..
Its not a bitmixer problem you should talk to localbitcoin about this..

I already contacted LBC and they said
"No transactions have been sent to your LocalBitcoins account.
You must ask them the address they sent bitcoins to."But if Bitmixer's system refunded the bitcoins, isn't the bitcoins gonna be sent back to LBC's outgoing address? Seen that that's where the bitcoins were sent from to Bitmixer's generated address?
Like is said before, LBC's refund policy says
"Localbitcoins wallet is a web wallet - outgoing bitcoin addresses are not connected to your account. If you are asking for a refund from a merchant, please ask them to send the refund to your receiving address."
