I just tried to transfer some PTOY from HitBTC to Bittrex but it hasn't showed up even after about 8 hours - any ideas ?

Thing is, I transferred it 8 hours ago, shouldn't it have shown up after an hour or so ? It wasn't in maintenance mode back then
