According to your Letter of Guarantee it seems that our system can't do a refund process due to high transaction fee it requires to send it back to its origin address, this usually happens because there are many inputs addresses on your transaction.
You've sent around 0.00xxx BTC into the generated address, but the transaction fee cost around 0.01 BTC which is higher than the amount you sent.
In this case, then our system will treat your transaction as donation, as stated on our FAQ over here:

It looks like you just lost your 0.1btc, I also had a similar problem last week was with polo for neteller.
