Why the Maximum amount i can add to my card is $500 as single lode ? I'm a Level 2 or Gold . even the card limit Faq says Max any single load Per Day for level 1 is $2,500 and for level 2 is $10,000
do i miss something here ?

if your card level 2 already
you can load multi time with 500 per load
for example : you need 5000 then please load 10 time
