Guys, do you like STRTIS more than Ethereum?
I mean technologically.
They seem to be direct competitors.
The fun part is that Stratis already has millions of C# developers available when it all hits the market.
Well, as a developer I would say that this is not a huge if any advantage.
I would even say there is no difference which programming stack is used until it's a good one.
Solidity is good.
Often times C# has edge over Solidity because it has the widest range of developers. Out of 10 we have 9.992 of C# ratio against the so-called Solidi---what the hell is this? Your basic Windows OS is 100% compatible with C# and backed up by Microsoft. By the way, just remember the debacle which was theDAO made under Solidity.
I'd have to agree with Yugu. Regardless of the programming language used, if the product is good enough then developers will learn that language if they don't already. Once a developer learns a few programming languages, learning a new one isn't difficult at all because a lot of the concepts are the same, only the way they are written (syntax) is different. I invested in this not necessarily because of C#...but because of the product itself and I think smart contracts have great potential when it comes to the future of blockchain technology.
Think of Apple, when Apple came out with Swift, people didn't just stop developing for the Apple OS platform because they now use a new language...they learned Swift to continue improving their apps. Both Objective-C and Swift have commonalities, however the syntax is quite different.
This doesn't necessarily mean that it won't attract more people.
