As long as you enrolled and accepted within the time frame of each week. Then it is ok to have stake for that week as long as you accomplish the number of post requirements. The only advantage for an early bird is they have a lot of time to post and it is not hassle compared to late participant that will rush on posting.  This is also typical on all altcoin campaign since the payment is not on weekly basis.
