I am unable to signup to the BTC-e support desk after successfully registering on the trading site .


This is the process I followed

1) Register on btc-e.com with email
2) Receive Email to confirm account
3) Account confirmed
4) Click on support link to upload verification document
5) Arrive at support.btc-e1.com with login screen

There is a login screen but no "Signup" button. I have not received any email from btc-e with support desk login credentials.
Any help appreciated.
