The problem with adding DNR to an exchange is the high premine!! Most of them refuse because of that and I don't blame them I mean why the heck there is 10% premine 
They will add it once there is more mining going on (AMD), twitter and forum buzz, ect. The 10% premine is not an issue as half is for promotion and bounties and the other half is locked up for the dev to continue work as his full time job and only able to receive funds over time. There are MANY coins that are 100% premined, 50%, ect. All those ICOs that are listed are 50-100% premined, and even successful coins like ZEC the dev takes 20% of EVERY block. 10% premine if held and used correctly is perfect.
