Wow you came up with that method for copying straps? thats so cool, i use that and I didn't even know i should have been thanking you. So thank you for helping me and the community! 
I didn't technically invent it, well, i'm not sure, maybe someone before me already did this, probably.. not sure..
.Before Polaris (RX**), i did this on my Tonga(380) cards as well because i noticed that in The Stilt his custom straps he did for his mining roms (Hawaii (290's)) back in the scrypt mining days, he tightened those timings with already custom timings. I figured i can just copy the tighter ones up and it will run faster. And hey, they did!
Now with Polaris on the other hand, the speed difference was so significant that i decided to share it.
