Hi, Are there more people having troubles with SONM?
I send accidentally 3.594 eth without setting gas to 65000. I write a mail and they say to me that there is no problem, the ETH will return to my wallet. So while the first send back I send again, now with the rigth config of gas. The token never arrives to my account. The transaction not appear in their tool to check transactions. The first ethers never come back. And the staff have not answered any of my three emails and never be on-line in the chat of the web. I'm starting to lose my patience.

You have no problems, except you that sent twice.
The Gas didn't HAVE to be that it was just recommended to make sure it sent.
You've got over 20k SONM
If you are right, you are right. My bad. I didnt see the tokens in myetherwallet, so I thought that they never arrive. Also I ask the staff of sonm precisely if the transaction will process even with other than recommended amount of gas and they answer to me quoting his faq "If you use ETH as medium for your SONM ICO deposit, set the Ethereum transaction to gas limit = 65000, or Ethereum wont process your transaction and your ETH deposit will return to your ETH address!" Thats the reason why I repeat the same transaction with the recomended gas. But its ok I have profit now.

I knew how, I did it before with other token. But what made me think that I didn't have the tokens was that the transaction did not appear in theown checker of Sonm ICO.
