As much as Armenian Real Estate will appreciate in value sooner or later, as per the pictures the place seems like no good investment.

BTC for this house doesn't sound like a bad deal. I don't know anything about Armenia though, nor its real estate market. Is this place in a high crime area or what? Looks like it would attract lots of bugs & rodents. Good luck with your sale. This forum is the wrong one to sell houses on.
