What do you mean with point #2?
Can I damage the card by lowering the volt like that?
- what is your environment temperature ?
- are the fans in the front intake fans (blowing fresh air IN the case) ?
- is the fan in the back an outtake fan (taking hot air out of the case) ?
I got a R9 390 in a gaming machine which never got over 79° C in mining-mode at 30° C environment (not mining with this any more due to high power costs).
