Im Kind of new to the blockchain space, so bare with me as im learning as i go. After lurking and reading up on this, I see that this is a very interesting project. Im seeing the only way to get these are by OTC sites that require huge purchases but im not able to spend big. Is anyone willing to send .4 ethereum worth to me? I'll send the you the eth first..
